Supported Employment Program
The Supported Work Program provides long-term follow-along services to employed individuals in order to maintain job retention or to assist in career transitions as requested by individuals. A Job Coach maintains monthly contact with both the employee and the employer to monitor job performance and
job satisfaction. This program focuses on career success and job retention by any of the following supports as identified in the Individual Employment Service plan:
Job Restructuring
Skills Training
Advocacy
Employer and Co-Worker Education
Career Skills Enhancements
