Information about LDA & CCL Merge

Dear Individuals, Families, and Caregivers,

We are beyond excited to announce that, in an effort to better serve children and adults of all abilities across Western New York, Cantalician Center for Learning, Inc. and the Learning Disabilities Association of WNY, Inc. will be bringing our two organizations together under one umbrella. Our organizations have partnered together for many years and share similar values and a long history of providing innovative community-based support. As a united network, we aim to enhance the services we provide and reach even more people in need.

This exciting decision is being made first and foremost with the people we support in mind, and with a mindful eye toward the future. By combining forces and concentrating efforts, the bulk of our precious resources will go directly toward supporting the people we serve. In a time when state and federal budget cuts are always looming, our agencies are committed to strengthening the quality and range of supports we provide, while also being more efficient and maintaining our fiscal stability.

The services you receive and depend upon will remain exactly the same. In addition, the management team will remain in place as we complete this exciting transformation and beyond. As we prepare to operate as one network, our organizations have already begun working together in important areas, including:

•    Information Technology
•    Human Resources
•    Communications
•    Behavior Support
•    Employment Services
•    Finance

We are looking beyond the present and fully believe that, together, we can have a dynamic impact on generations of Western New Yorkers who need our support. We thank you for your patience as our Board of Directors work alongside the management team to create an innovative, high-impact organization, and we look forward to introducing our new name and logo in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to this newly created, shared email address: CCLDAPartners@gmail.com.
